Return Policy

SoleSearch India is a marketplace and prices fluctuate based on supply and demand in real-time. Your Ask or Bid cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted. This policy is in place to ensure that every Bid and Ask is genuine, active, and dependable in the marketplace hence we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. You can always resell the item on our website if you no longer wish to keep it. 

While we cannot accept returns or exchange, we do make one promise for our SS family as mistakes can be made (e.g. we ship you the wrong order or any other human error), we’ll make it right. We would request you to write us with the issue over [email protected] or drop us a text over our whatsapp +91 82629 04009 within 2 days of order being delivered, we will work expeditiously to resolve the issue.The item must be packed the same way (e.g double box and bubble wrap) you have received it and not be worn and used at all for it to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Few things which are not eligible under our return/exchange policy 

  1. Damaged box : It is a case of in transit damage (unless we have mentioned it prior) is not a valid reason for a refund.
  2. Incorrect size : We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellation including if you ordered the wrong size or the item does not fit as intended. 
  3. Quality of goods : Return of goods will not be accepted if the products are tried on/boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.(Refund will be processed within 7-14 working days in such cases)

Note : We would request to make an unboxing video of your order to claim any return or refund request issues incase of damaged product delivered.

In case we find out the item purchased is deemed fake or not in a condition to be delivered during authentication check you are eligible for 100% refund of your total billed amount.
